Agentschap NL bestaat uit vijf thematische divisies. De divisies zijn:

Als het gaat om duurzaamheid, innovatie, internationaal ondernemen en samenwerken is Agentschap NL hét aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven, kennisinstellingen en overheden. U kunt bij Agentschap NL terecht voor informatie en advies, maar ook voor financiering, netwerken en uitvoering van wet- en regelgeving. Of u nu ondernemer, (kennis)instelling of overheidsinstantie bent.

De workshops zullen plaats vinden op High Tech Campus Eindhoven. De keuze voor HTCE als lokatie voor deze cyclus past bij de positie die de Campus inneemt in het "solar eco-systeem" met onderzoeks instituten zoals ECN en het Holst Centre en de laboratoria van MiPlazza. Ook de bedrijven als OM&T, Solland Solar, Suncycle, Free Energy Consulting en AppTech zijn resident van de HTCE.

Free Energy Consulting is a project oriented private company, offering their expertise in the field of solar electricity to interested companies, governmental organisations and institutions.
The founder of Free Energy Consulting is Peter van der Vleuten, who has an extensive background in solar electricity:
As president of Free Energy Europe he gained experience with the development, manufacture and worldwide marketing of thin film silicon modules, while his presidency of Free Energy International involved him in strategy and finance in the field of solar electricity, as well as in many joint research and development projects. As chairman of the Free Energy Foundation, Peter´s focus has been on awareness campaigns and dealer support in rural areas in developing countries. He has been involved in work on VLS-PV for desert applications from 1996 and has enjoyed contributing significantly to the IEA PVPS Task 8 project.
In addition to his work in IEA PVPS, Task 8, Peter is also involved in the activities of the Observatoire Méditerranéen de l´Energie (OME RESDC), as well as in the Mediterranean Solar Plan (MSP).
In the field of R & D, Peter has, with his company Free Energy International, been the formal coordinator of the EUREKA MYCRYSTAL project; this included the "development of a proof of principle for a new process technology for solar cells based on thin films of silicon, to reduce the cost of photovoltaic cells while maintaining similar conversion efficiencies".

Solliance is het samenwerkingsverband tussen TNO, TU/e, Holst Centre en ECN op het gebied van fotovoltaïsche zonne-energie (PV) in de ELAT-regio (Eindhoven-Leuven-Aachen). Solliance heeft de ambitie, de regio als wereldspeler in PV op de kaart te zetten. De synergie die daarvoor nodig is, bewerkstelligt Solliance door bundeling en afstemming van de infrastructuur en onderzoekprogramma’s van ECN, TU/e, TNO en Holst Centre en de versterking van de samenwerking met het bedrijfsleven.
Het is de bedoeling van Solliance dat zich meer kennisinstellingen bij het initiatief aansluiten en dat het aantal bedrijven waarmee wordt samengewerkt zich zal uitbreiden.
